well despite what their intent is/was, ASX have not provided and conclusive evidence to jIstIfy, In my eyes, that VIC should stay In halt.... regardless, all that ASX can do is look to delist and thw shares we each own would remain wIth us unless adminstrators are appoInted.... any prosecution of directors is through ASIC and I have not seen correspondence from them. ASX is beating their chest but unfortunately, don't have any jurisdiction should they ultimately be going for the directors..... VIC know this which is why they have answered what they have to the queries. same as HDY..... this is and will get dragged on unless ASIC become involved....
