Well perhaps the Board, if it was really concerned about its shareholders, should consider cutting administration costs by foregoing their own fees or asking for any overtime pay. They could write themselves some I.O.U.'s or vote themselves some shares in lieu of actual pay. A worthwhile management team would bite the bullet in the circumstances. I know a struggling company that has adopted a similar strategy to work through a difficult patch in order to survive and demonstrate to shareholders that management is working hard for the benefit of shareholders......you know that forgotten entity in VIC.
