My view is that ASX may be dragging their heels but more likely VIC management / board don't have the balls to ask for reinstatement, or have another reason not to ask. I feel like emailing them and telling them that and challenging them on this. Probably wont get a response but at least it will get rid of some of my frustration...
Perhaps someone should ask why cant they ask for reinstatement at the AGM?
