The jury is out on that possibility AGROS. Ooops did I say jury ? Well certainly the ASX is out and about and poking with a big stick. The longer it remains on extended voluntary death row...suspension then it must be running short on life support. They haven't got a lot of cash available and though they might limp through for a few more weeks yet the longer the present state of play continues the less attractive must be the case for a capital raising succeeding. Mind you the "management" will try their darnedest to keep the company afloat as they need to keep it going so that they can continue to get their salaries and "overtime payments" rolling in to support their lifestyle. It all depends what else is happening behind the frequent announcements about extended suspension. Is the ASX asking more questions which VIC has to respond to ? Has the ASX put together a case to hand over to ASIC? Or is it all going to fizzle out ? As per usual the management are not revealing much unless they have to.
