IMHO it is no use doing either of those things I'm afraid. In the first instance the ASX is doing its best to serve the interests of ordinary shareholders by checking up on some of the questionable and shady arrangements made by some management people and characters or entities like Everblu. Surely that is what we want as ordinary shareholders. Secondly contacting and hammering VIC is only going to give the poor receptionist at the VIC office a Friday headache because none of the management team are going to care or be around to respond. They will be elsewhere working overtime.
