Hi All, reading the responses for a second time on HDY and VIC, l think it’s time for some of the directors to step aside for sometime so we can trade again. Not ideal and of course innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Stepping aside isn’t an omission of guilt or wrong doing. Directors have a responsibility to shareholders and if there actions are being questioned and therefore impacting the companies ability to trade l think they have an obligation to stand aside until the matter is resolved. DONT be pigheaded and take the company with you. And if the matter is resolved and everybody is cleared, rejoin the company. However the directors need to in force stronger governance in either case. Just my opinion.
