Just stirring...... but perhaps morningstar quantitative has some link or deal going with everblu. Or perhaps morningstar is hopeful of VIC getting back out of suspension and making a "positive" (again!)  announcement about a new prospect/project and they want to help the trading prospects for SB by making a positive recommendation. Sometimes company research recommendations are actually paid for by the company itself. IMHO.
