Yes, I have called the office three times over the last 2 or three months. The first and second times I got Elisabeth, I asked to speak to one of the directors and apparently they conveniently "weren't available"....I left my number and was told I would get a call from one of them soon, it never came.
I repeated the same scenario about three weeks later and got the exact same treatment and promises, again with no outcome.
The latest time was Thursday just gone, the 4th Oct. I got the new secretary, Aida (I think from memory). Again, no one could talk to me and again I was told that one of the directors would return my call, and again...it never came. I left them my mobile number and also informed them that I was an investor and that I just wanted to clarify a few things and talk to someone.
All the time on all these calls I kept my cool, was polite and concise and made it very clear that I would only take up a couple of minutes of there time.
I had great faith in what I thought VIC were sitting on back when I bought in, but have been really disappointed in the treatment I have had on the phone and obviously with watching the share price get down to where we are now, I have heads and oppies.
I am still hoping for a miracle of some sort to recoup some of my hard earned back here so am just waiting and watching, there's nothing else I can do and I blame no one but myself for the situation I am in here.
I am also with AUZ and have called them once just after the last big drop we had over there. The way I was treated on the phone there by Sophia was exceptional, I was totally informed of every query that I asked her and by the end of that 5 minute call felt comfortable with my position there and have not felt the need to call them since, totally polar opposite treatment to the way I have been treated by VIC.
At the risk of sounding uninformed and ignorant here, can anyone with more experience than me please tell me what would happen to our shares here in VIC if say AUZ or someone over the fence was to pick us up after this bun fight we are currently experiencing gets sorted ?
Sorry guys, I haven't been in the game long enough to experience a situation like that or this.
Anyway, I hope that we all can get some sort of better ending that what the general consensus on this HC thread seems to be. I have tried to stay out of the negative banter on here but constantly read all the input from you all.
GLTAH. I'd say that we will need it.
ps.... In saying that though, I did read a post by the intermittent
@Namvo a week or so back that gave me a glimmer of hope that all is not lost. I can only hope that it rings true.
As a last note, if VIC Management see my post here (doubting it, but you never know) will you please give me the courtesy of what I've been told three time will come to me. A simple brief phone call. Aida has my number from last Thursday around lunchtime. I could maybe start seeing you in a new light if this were to happen.
