What exactly do you think is going to happen?

Do you think the ASX just waltzes in and says "Oh dear we don't like what's been going on - delete these shares, tough luck holders... we'll just put all these assets out on the side of the road for anyone who wants them"?

That's just not how this works.

The only danger is that the company cannot remain solvent. If that happens administrators are appointed who, allegedly, attempt to get the best outcome for all stakeholders up to and including sale of all assets with proceeds to be distributed to stakeholders in order of hierarchy (with the administrators taking their fat fees first of course) and then potentially winding up the company.
