Going over the questions ASX asked, one question in particular references Listing Rule 3.1. In my view ASX thinks someone may have known about the acquisition of Cobalt Blue and either purchased shares in Cobalt Blue or VIC before the market announcement.
I think the tenants we have are still good relative to the area and what other exploration companies have found. Therefore l think the company will go on in some form or another, but less likely it will continue on with one of more of the management team in my view. ASX can't do much about poor management performance i.e. not 'fast-tracking' drilling, but if there was a breached of ASX listing rules and they have sufficient evidence they have teeth.
Constructive thoughts anybody?
