So the base salary was to just get out of bed some days to do nothing or plan how many shares would be issued to Everblue, and then for the “exploration” and actual “work” undertaken as directors throughout the year (ie, the fast tracked “desk top reviews” involving sipping a coffee whilst standing around a table deciding which area on the old maps to put new highlighting colours over), they charged extra time? Not a bad gig.
