For those who haven't looked or can't find it here is the comment in the ARUnder the terms of agreement, Mr Clee is entitled to a $84,000 per annum base remuneration (normalbusiness hours) exclusive of statutory superannuation. Under Board supervision; additional hours, travel, sitevisits, special assignments, after hours and weekends are billed at hourly rates.
Now when you check what he actually was paid for the year there is the figure of $133,000 noted. In other words he ended up with another $49,000 above his base remuneration. There were also additional shares/options that took his total remuneration up to $135,000 basically.
Mind you Dr Ellingford has that similar clause in his remuneration package and he makes good use of it. He managed to increase his base remuneration from $84,000 up to $ 147,467. I wonder if that took into account the boat travel expedition he went on ?
