Not sure if anyone else noticed from the AR but it seems that our man Clee has a clause in his employment as a Director that he can charge overtime. So his ordinary Director's fees are not enough for him he gets to slurp up more various escapades that I would have thought were just part of what is covered by the Director's fee.
