the big problem is with organisations like the ASX and ASIC...it's all form over substance

they jump up and down and threaten how they are cracking down ...and then a few months later, it all blows over, and they have done absolutely NOTHING

There is absolutely no fear of consequences ....no-one has ever been made an example of

The Royal Commission into Banking will be the same...lots of saber rattling but will anyone go to jail?..Not on your life...They are simply a waste of tax payer money and a great earner for lawyers etc
