    the point of my post was to correct your post, which wrongly said: "The announcement sounded quite negative ..."

    the reality is it is you that is "quite negative"

    as for the announcement, it is impartial & just the standard business announcement to avoid any allegations of misleading conduct

    i found the announcement well reasoned, neither positive nor negative but merely with the standard & appropriate caution
