I lodged a complaint with ASIC citing Minority Oppression.  I believe that the way the updates were delivered were designed to drive the price down. The de-listing update was delivered and then five days later the buy-back was announced. Any reasonable commercial bystander would have advised of the de-listing and the buy back in one statement.

The Chairman and major shareholder controls 39.37% of the shares on issue while the next largest shareholding controls 4.6%.
