It's also interesting to speculate who has sold the 3.5m shares since the announcement.

The Top 20 appear to speak for 60m shares (~7o%) including Mr Mobbs 33.6m.

3.5m represents 14% of the free float (25.5m). It's not nothing but given the fall in price it's probably surprising it is not higher.

Maybe there are quite a few s/h prepared to dig in waiting for a decent offer.
