Protection from ASIC?
My very small business was a creditor for a company that went bankrupt. The director of the bankrupt company was banned by ASIC from being a director for three years on a Friday from memory. On the Monday his wife was now the director, and the banned guy was on the phone expecting more credit.
As investors we need to find good businesses with smart people doIng everythIng they can to make the busIness a success, I thInk we are Into somethIng else now.
