Thanks for sharing this and your previous posts. I was about to write to the ASX and complain as I view the whole delisting process as a cheap way for  the director's to gain control. I may still do so. I'm only a tiny shareholder (8000 shares) but I'm not convinced that the delisting is in the best interests of shareholders. They could declare a dividend too ! The MyHealthTest acquisition a few years ago is also a bit raw ...$2.75 m paid , last year's revenue from MyHEalthTest was only $27K. One of the director's , Mr Mobb's I think, owned 67% of MyHealthTest.

I was previously adversely affected with another company. Some years after delisting, an "independent valuer's' report was commissioned that "fairly valued' the price at which the majority shareholders were willing to offer me for my shares. This was a bargain, and being a small shareholder I can't afford the legal action.
