I have brought a minimum parcel on the basis of the board's announcement that the "The Directors of the Group consider that the prices of the securities that are trading on the ASX are significantly and materially lower than the underlying value of the Group, and also of the net assets that these securities represent".

My expectation is that if the board has assessed the situation correctly and deals fairly with the minorities through the buy back, that the price will better reflect the value by the time of the EGM.

I will vote for the buy back and against the delisting if a buy back price is not closer to $0.15 based on VWAP in late December.
