I was received a response from Trevor Doolan to my email. He was requested that I disclose that my current holdings were purchased after the announcement of the delisting on 23rd November. I purchased parcels on 26th, 27th, 29th and up until 11th December. Therefore you can see that I purchased parcels of stock before the details of the EGM were announced and how they would look after minority shareholders. I continued to purchase parcels of stock on the expectation that the company would begin to buyback shares on market as per their buyback announcement on 28 November. I have previously held stock in ITD but sold out when the CEO sold his stock into the company market buybacks while receiving performance stock at a price lower than the current market price. At this stage I do not have any orders to purchase anymore stock. However, I may change my mind if I see the company begin its buyback. Trevor has said that he will table my correspondence to the board next week when the board meets.
