If you are a current shareholder I urge you to vote online BEFORE the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 8 January. You need to submit your vote before 6 January. If there are enough votes AGAINST the delisting before the EGM then it might make the board reconsider and come back to shareholders with a fairer offer. As things stand it will benefit the CEO and major shareholder most, if the share price stays low and the company buybacks shares at a significant discount to NTA. If you do nothing then you are effectively transferring your wealth to the CEO and other remaining shareholders. It is in your best interest to VOTE and protect your investment.
