I would have suggested calling the company but I doubt you will get any answers - the secretary is basically not giving any information and does not like to speak to shareholders.

@wb - another directors disclosure issue to your list. This was published 8 July (http://www.miningaustralia.com.au/news/temporary-shutdown-for-roper-river-iron-ore-projec) and wasnt announced to the market (I think).

Instead of leaking the story, the directors should have made an announcements. Talking to journos does not equal ASX release.
