Not surprised...

...my sentiment remains "sell" and my sympathies go to investors who now can't. In my view, this company has been consistently misleading in their disclosure in the pursuit of new cash. In particular, touting profits while leaving investors to puzzle through accounts in order to find the source - mostly buried in oyster valuations (that even the auditors disagreed with at one stage) and MIS income.

Unfortunately, I suspect the casualties will be too small to hit the radar of the litigation funding industry.
