You say things like this every time the market depth changes. How can buy bids for shares at 0.001 possibly indicate good news?
Wouldn’t confident buyers actually buy stock at 0.002 instead of placing a lower bid? Nobody is buying the shares.
If insiders knew good news was coming, would they only place $30K of orders?
