If there is a material information which has not been disclosed by former owner or a material information has been removed from the file/company records during due diligence and if there is hard evidence to support the claim, it is likely that VPR will win the case otherwise it will be a lose lose situation for both parties.
The important thing to do is to get the first ATEN contract signed in January 2019 to mitigate this bad news.
