Yes you are blind. See page 7 of Annual Report. The market seems to have (over?)reacted to the negative cash flow which as I pointed out beforehand is the result of the contract dispute blowing out receivables. The reality of the accounts depends on whether they get some revenue from the contract. The accounts do not include anything for bad debts.
