Interesting I had not heard of this side of the business model b4. ( Probably a deficiency on my part)
Dont know the length of term buy potentially another 24m in income over the life of the term. ( 5yrs? 10yrs?).
Would agree that it is probably an easier model to sell to businesses just worry a bit about the upfront cost components challenging their cash flow. Still seems grossly undervalued to me.
