Unfortunately, every passing day the ordinary shareholders are being diluted by the drip feed of new equity being issued to the CEO and Board for "services".

Why do a deal while getting "given" an ever increasing stake in the company.

Delaying the deal results in the CEO and Board getting an even bigger leg up.........

So I am changing my stance here to one of caution because the team have been looking for a deal for a long time.

If they can't find a deal then its time that they got some proper help. 

I would be very happy to see a change of control and leadership as my patience with the incumbent team has grown thin.

Can't sell and won't sell at  these levels but expect others feel the same - so any news may only produce a muted response unless it really is a belter.
