IMO, it will mean that the company won't need financing from the death spiral company Magna, which seems to be one of the biggest concerns for (non holding) potential SH's and Mr Market imo - also, that a capital raise with sohps and the likes would in fact mean, that there is an inferred resource that is worth digging up, with professional financing. All IMO - GLTAH.
