This one is under the radar but if you look at the conversion to LED opportunity they just need a few contracts to come their way to start rebuilding balance sheet - That to me is the issue. I would want them to hopefully pay down debt and even if a good profit comes to keep a tight control over expenses.
Should be able to get back to a growing share price IMO.
