Agreed, ACCC won't stop this, Telcos consolidate to stay profitable, this we all know. Telstra and Optus can't buy anything and the merged TPG-Voda may be in the same boat, but this will go through. Possibly some holders not excited about waiting 3mths to get that green light though, I agree that is annoying.
