It should be, and it will be. Things can only go up in increments and as this starts to unfold further it will start to step up. You just have to look at what TPG is doing (going up only slightly less than HTA) with a far greater market cap. Anyone that thinks this is not insanely good for HTA holders is just filthy they sold out in the last couple of days and got caught out.
