I read in the Washington Post that the debt that vha has above the 2 bil will be put into a separate entity which has nothing to do with the merge Co
Merge Co will be pay dividends to share holders of merge Co, voda and Ck hutchison will pay the debt by dividends
A very interesting read IMHO of reading this
this is a triple win for hta share holders
For dividends will be paid.... Dyor
