Obviously a pretty good resource. BUT from the previous FS about 50% of the opex ($66 FOB??) was due to offsite costs. From my initial research into shipping prices for Union Pacific most of that offsite cost probably related to shipping the product to San Fran via rail. They will be able to get the processing and slurry pipeline cost down a lot, but not sure what they can do about the other offsite costs - own rolling stock maybe??? Anyone have any other or more accurate info about this?
