Its RC drilling so there is no core , it is just powdered rock they are sampling with no intact core so harder to see any gold particles unless panned as they did but probably after taking fire assays . , that is my understanding anyway , but I am not a geo
I wonder if this is like the Bendago alluvials at depth , but without the later faulting causing synclines
