No it’s not fair for shareholders and is typical of management only looking after themselves. Just look at who the ‘independent’ board was that ‘reviewed it. I feel this will fall over and should be voted on and also actually independently reviewed as it would show that this was in no way fair for shareholders. If it was Soul Patts would have joined it and stayed out of it.
