Even if you bought today at 51c, you are entitled to a further 66.6% of stock at 34c, seems pretty good deal to me.
On raw numbers, buying 30,000 shares at 51c = $15,300 entitles you to 20,000 shares at 34c = $6,800 = $22,100 for 50,000 shares = 44.2c per share (minus brokerage).
Theoretically, the stock should come back to 45c after the ex-date (tomorrow), but who knows how well this stock will be supported by the institutional guys now. Looks like 50c should hold pretty well, but certainly a gap to fill at mid-40's.
