found an article that had good info.. link below. VED were the first bureau in cambodia (im assuming the largest given first mover advantage) and seems to have a cosy relationship with the national bank there..apparently growth has been phenomenal. The article also flagged some DD around VED potentially moving into indonesia or burma. No real news about how thats progressing, VED has the know-how but needs to get around the legislative/regulatory issues and soverign risks/corruption etc.
