Lets just say that I believe Magna is the last resort funding, why its even there as an option, not sure.
$10m @ 20% payable within 12 months, IMO, that would get me very nervous if that option was decided on, its like having an AMEX card at your disposal, the money looks attractive, but you need to sell your soul to service it.
Not going to happen, but it doesnt hurt to discuss................respectfully.
