All I have seen re. the Magna deal is what mconsult posted and there is no mention of a decision to mine in 180 days.. so either you have read something else or can’t read?

you would hope they haven’t locked themselves into something like that with a lender as it’s another unrealistic timeline and missing deadlines with lenders is not like stringing shareholders along for a year....

Yes I have attended AGMs, I have also been told and read things by management that have not come to pass so unless I read it in an official announcement I tend to take it with a very healthy dosing of salt.
