Spokesy, I think the current management have put an alternative financier in place , because the existing arrangement has not settled-- for whatever reason-- and we need to move forward.

Short term setback- but we now own the asset and will be moving forward from here

We may have have some short term weakness as the tired- worried shareholders leave, but I feel sure there are buyers waiting in the wings
