so VEC would rather get a land get drill permits and drill it and wait for assays and may or may not hit the mother load and then if we do hit then PFS, BFS, DFS and FFS 10 or more CR's and then wait for funding to mine and off take so on you know the drill

yeah he is right VEC is fast tracked for sure why do you care if it doesn't trade every day when your target is not short term. just only my opinion and I respect your opinion too.
