    I'll pass actual judgement once the announcement and terms are released. Wont speculate until then.

    If its a convertible note with no VWAP floor, thats horror. If its a conventional short term loan arrangement only which isn't THAT bad even if its a high interest rate as long as it avoids significant dilution.
