What I meant was the mud slinging that came with the responses was not intended.

I 100% did want to discuss it and if it comes out that Magna has been used to complete the deal will then look to delve into it deeper as you would hope we would have the finer details of the deal.

You say how the company needs a get out plan and to be able to increase the value of the asset, that I agree with but as we have seen delays are part and parcel with investing/exploring in the DRC... 90 days is not a long time (nor is a delay of over 1 year unheard off... ) and missing deadlines given to sharesholders is nothing like missing deadlines with lenders especially predatory ones such as Magna.

Magna would be a poor result anyway you try to dress it up.
