    Regarding the non floor set price, perhaps cross reference with CFEs/Tony Sage latest Magna loan announcement, Magna/CFE stipulated when a set floor price is included.

    Floor price in these type deals don't seem to be liked or often used in the Magna business model it appears
    as linked story below suggest in my view that was posted by a CFE poster chap..
