Whats the diff?

Well for every share that they issue the upside (blue sky) you invested for decreases and yet the risk stays the same.

So the less they issue whilst we are in doldrums the better...

@rastes I dont think either answer will be positive, there is a reason why its not mentioned but I would like confirmation... at the end I am backing them to sort something in the next 75 days... otherwise I wouldnt still be here.
