When you consider even the mainstresm media has an agenda and down ramps often (cough, SMH are the worst IMO, cough) there is no untainted ‘public’ haven on the internet where only mature posters contribute their pros and cons - there are loads of niche facebook groups out there, and twitter is okay too, but nothing out there compares to the level of contribution (good bad and ugly) of HotCopper IMO.

On HC home page they are gloating some stats about how good the site is compared to peers - so you could always screenshot that and check out some other sites, but I’ve looked around and really the old HC supported bu Twitter combo I think is the best choice right now
