    what a complete joke by ASX, keeps the Company in trading suspension til Thursday of next week whilst it responds to a waiver application - ASX cannot be serious.


    And what if waiver request not approved by ASX? VEC either pays cash to the amount or seeks fresh shareholder approval.  Very clear what the range of outcomes are!!!


    ASX has lost the plot!!!
