Let me set you straight, NTU don't produce dysprosium, they are hoping to produce a mixed carbonate with just 52%TREO, and given such a low grade deposit it is destined to be significant loss maker at anything like current prices.
It is the Chinese who may make a profit in processing the NTU material.
NTU will never raise funding while this project remains so far out of the money, particularly with such a skinny little high cost resource.
Make what you want of Lynas, the situation is far from resolved in Malaysia.
